Instruction

This valve is used for power plant boilers, pressure cintainers, pressure and temperature reducing device and other faciltties. It serves prevent the pressure exceeding the highest allowed pressure value and ensure the satefy of te device when working.

Structure briefing

1. The pressure of the disc is balanced through the lever and heavy hammer and the valve is ensured seal by moving the position of heavy hammer and changing the weight of heavy hammer to reach the required set pressure.

2. The sealed surface is made of Fe base srainless steel by over-laying welding, Through thermal treatment, the wear resustance and antierosion of dics is improved.

3. At the top of valve is equiped an electromagnet to open and another to close the calce. The actiond of the mechanism and the electric appliance are separated and will not affact each other.

Installation instruction

1. This valve shall be used with the main safety valve A49H/Y-40 together.

2. Impulse safety valve shall be installed vertivally and the lever shall be kept level.. The clearance from the lever to both sides of guide fork shall be even.

3. T he pipeline shall be washed clean before installing impulse safety valve.

4. A long distance betwween the leading pipe of the impluse safety valve and the inlet pipe of the main safety valve shall ve no less than 5 times of the inlet pipe, for fear the calidity of the meter and the impluse safety valve may be affected by the steam releasing process of the main safety valve,
